Steve Lajewski 

Steve Lajewski leads claims operations and strategy. He brings more than 30 years of experience across a broad range of claims disciplines, including commercial and personal lines, excess property, Inland Marine, builders risk, and boiler and machinery. Prior to joining Old Republic, Steve served as Vice President and Head of Property Claims at AXIS Specialty, where he managed the full lifecycle of claims operations, including contract analysis, oversight of third-party administrators, catastrophe response, and collaboration with reinsurers, underwriters, and legal teams. His leadership approach and industry knowledge support our commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality claims service to clients and broker partners.
